Working with Riviera was one of the best business decisions we ever made. We've been with them three or four years now and have never even had a hiccup of a problem. My wife and I own a small tailor shop. We have a very large corporate client who for a while was sending us so much business we had to hire extra people to get all the work done. But they took FOREVER to pay. We paid our people every week but they only paid us once a month. So paying our people became a huge headache. We literally had to pay them four times before our client paid us once. We looked at a few different factoring companies and decided on Riviera because, unlike the other companies, they came across as legit and not scammy. And indeed, they are owned by a bank so they can't exactly get away with scamming people. Anyway, there was an immediate improvement in our business. We literally received 80% of the invoice amount the day after we submitted the invoice! Suddenly, paying our people was no problem at all! Then after a couple of years of having a good track record with our client always paying Riviera on time, they now give us 90% of the invoice the next day. Every single person we've worked with there has been professional and amazing to work with. And they all seem to love having us as a client even though I know we're a very small business for them! We can't say enough good things about them. We can only give them a big THANK YOU for helping this mom & pop business survive and thrive!

Avoid this company. After weeks of misleading promises from their representative I finally ran quickly away from this company. Misleading promises and inefficiency best describe my experience with this company. After completing their onerous set up packet I was informed that we were approved and they requested that we begin submitting our invoices. We did submit several invoices and then Riviera Finance began a series of additional request from our company. Weeks passed and each time I inquired about our invoices being paid I was told that it was in initial intake. Then another set of requests for additional information was requested. All this was done after I received several emails saying that everything was completed and finished and finalized. Then yesterday 3 weeks after submitting our invoices we were asked by Riviera Finance for the spouse of the owner of the company to submit an application and signature. When we asked why and explained that the spouse of the owner has no association with the management of the company or the banking we were told it was precautionary. This was after 5 emails from them stating everything was completed and after they requested and received our invoices. We never received any payments for the invoices submitted and now are faced with the hassle of undoing their notice of assignments. A complete nightmare of a company to deal with.
