UPDATED : 2/23/2025 I contacted the IRS and they have been no help. Carlos still refused to answer any phone calls. I have recently filed a police report this fraud will eventually be bought to justice. UPDATED: 2/27/2024 Carlos still has all of my telephone numbers blocked. He will not answer any emails. I have filled a police report and filed reports with the IRS!!!! I'm sure the person who's cash app my refund went into was a family member or friend of Carlos or Blake. CROCKS!!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!!. I have been a client of RTS for several years, as well as the other 6 members of my family. Last year my tax return was "mistaken" direct deposited into someone's (a client of RTS (someone they confirmed they knew)) cash app account. I contacted RTS specifically Carlos and Blake regarding this and they reassured me they would resolve this issue. After a year of waiting and contacting the IRS it was confirmed that this individual received both my state and federal tax return (over $18,000). Blake started that Carlos (owner) told him that this was his mistake. Blake started making payments to repay the stolen funds. He stopped making payments in June and stated that he no longer works for RTS. To date I have only been paid back $7,000. I have contacted Blake and Carlos numerous times and have gotten no results. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEFS Hoping that this review will finally get the response I have been unable to receive. If needed screen shoots and all text message communication can be produced. Next steps will be taking your company to court. UPDATE: 10/6/2023 Still have no heard from Carlos, and he has now blocked my phone number. Why are you avoiding correcting this situation. You guys are crooks. UPDATE : 12/19/2023 Still nothing.
